Timeframe
You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept return or exchange requests.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
• The product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
• If the product is defective or different from the order, the store will cover the return and shipping costs.
• If the reason is different (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection), the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products
• Consumable items (such as perfumes and oils once opened).
• Customized or personalized products made to the customer’s request.
• Discounted or clearance items, unless defective due to a manufacturing issue.
Return/Exchange Procedure
1. Contact us via email at hayatruescent@gmail.com.
2. Explain the reason for the return/exchange and attach photos if necessary.
3. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days, and you will receive shipping instructions.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, one of the following will apply:
• Replacement with a new product, or
• Issuance of a store credit of equal value, or
• Refund of the amount (within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method).
